USY, United Synagogue Youth is a Jewish youth group dedicated to community service, fun, friendship and Judaism for 8th-12th graders. The Harrisburg chapter of USY has 8 board members and about 25 exciting events each year in Harrisburg, in addition to the regional weekend conventions and the annual national week-long convention. Additionally, there are several summer programs including Outdoor Adventure, Summer in the City, Israel, Poland, and Europe trips. USY is open to all Jewish 8th-12th graders, and anyone interested in joining is welcome.
