Jay Prensky

Jay Prensky grew up in Chevy Chase MD and attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine.  He pursued his passion for ophthalmology at the University of Wisconsin and Duke University.  Jay spent the majority of his professional career at Pennsylvania Retina Specialists, serving the local community for 36 years.  Jay was well known for his enthusiasm and pursuit of excellence in everything that he did.  He was an avid cyclist, pedaling thousands of miles over the years in any weather. He was married to Colleen Prensky and was a loving father to his two children. He was known well by his patients, partners and neighbors to be a compassionate and dedicated friend and physician.
