On Monday, June 22, the JCC will begin our staged reopening process. We have been working with our Medical Advisory Team for the past month to determine the safest way to reopen. This is the timeline that we have established based on the current circumstances:

Monday, June 22: Brenner Family Early Learning Center reopens at 50% initial capacity.

Monday, June 29: Summer Break at the J begins for seven weeks of programming for children grades K - 6. Enrollment is open now. Limited spaces are still available.

Monday, July 6: Limited reopening of the Fitness Center. Many more details will follow including a video demonstrating entrance procedures, sanitizing, and safety protocols, but here are some highlights: 

• We anticipate the fitness center and indoor pool will initially be open before and after youth programming during the week. We will be open for extended daytime hours during the weekend. This schedule will be reassessed after the first two weeks and as we see how infection rates are faring in our county. 

• Throughout the summer, in-person classes will not be offered Monday-Friday, but we will continue to offer virtual classes during the weekday. Classes will be offered during the weekend. More details to follow.

• All visits to the fitness center and indoor pool will require pre-registration, available both online and by phone.

• All participants will be required to fill out a waiver and bring it with them the first time they come to the JCC.

Important JCC Playground Information: 

For the safety of our community, the JCC playground is open only to Brenner Family ELC during the week, Monday-Friday. JCC Member Families may enjoy the playground during the weekend. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. The playground serves the members of the JCC and is not a public space.
