The Visual History Initiative works tirelessly to promote tolerance, acceptance, and unity through films that educate and fight against antisemitism. They produce, fund, and distribute thought-provoking content, and are presenting a world premier screening of their latest award winning piece, The Walk. This free online event is scheduled for October 11, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.

The Walk is an Award-Winning short film that shows the true story of a Jewish man from the US who finds himself living in Germany to be with his only daughter. Every day, he walks his old French Bulldog, Hamilton through the streets of his town where he is reminded of the Holocaust on a daily basis. It awakens something in him and draws him back to his Jewish roots.
