Kosher food service will be an integral part of the daily operations of the Grass Campus. As we wish longtime food service provider Norman Gras well in his retirement and move to Baltimore, the Jewish Federation recently sent a request for proposals to more than twenty prospective caterers. The selected partner will assist in providing food service for The Silver Academy's lunches, Brenner Family Early Learning Center, Senior Adult Club programs, JFS' Finkelstein-Cohen Kosher Meals on Wheels, and more. JFGH is accepting proposals through August 8, 2023.
